Starting with a tiny publication, Alfa Romeo Market Letter, she and her business partner shepherd the fledging newsletter into the international publication, Sports Car Market magazine. What does this have to do with real estate one might ask? Attending hundreds and hundreds of collector car auctions, analyzing and reporting the results, Banzer learned the Art of the Deal, along with pricing techniques so not to overpay or undersell, by bringing in the ever-critical component of condition in determining valuation. While running this successful business, Cindy Banzer invested in extensive real estate holdings, using the principles she learned in the buying and selling of collectible vehicles.
